Brandon Lacoff, Esq.

Managing Partner

Brandon is the Managing Partner of Greenwich Legal. Brandon has extensive finance and accounting experience from his years at Ernst & Young, in its Mergers and Acquisitions group. He is a licensed attorney in both New York and Connecticut.

Brandon received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management and later received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting from Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business.

Martin “Marty” Lacoff, MBA

Executive Manager

Marty has over ­­­thirty years of combined business legal and securities experience. He has been the Executive Manager at Greenwich Legal since 2001 and is the chairman on the company’s Case Committee. He has served as President and Vice-Chairman of Walker Energy Partners which became Texas Meridian Resources Corporation and ultimately Meridian Resources Corporation. From 1978 to 1986, Marty was the President and Chairman of both LaClare Petroleum, Inc. and LaClare Securities, Inc. From 1972 to 1978, Marty worked as an institutional equities broker at Mitchell Hutchins, which became PaineWebber, then ultimately UBS PaineWebber.

Marty received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.

Michele S. Carino, Esq.

Counsel

Michele S. Carino, Esq. serves as Of Counsel to Greenwich Legal Associates, specializing in the areas of corporate and securities litigation, class actions, and shareholder rights. She has represented both institutional and individual plaintiffs in federal, state and appellate courts throughout the country, recovering millions of dollars in losses and compelling companies to fulfill their disclosure obligations to investors. Michele also has been involved in numerous actions on behalf of victims harmed by medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and other products, including Essure, hernia mesh, and talcum powder.

Michele received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Binghamton University and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. She has served as a board member of the YWCA of Delaware and as a mentor and coach for New York City high school debate programs. Michele is admitted to practice in New York and Delaware.
